Eastern Tailed- Blue butterflies have a narrow tail on hindwing. The underside of the wing is pale gray with black bar, black spots and three large orange spots at the outside of the tail.

Its wingspan is 1 inch.

Eastern Tailed-Blue butterflies live in open sunny places.

They can be found in the Eastern United States

Host Plants:yellow sweet clover, alfalfa, clover, wild pea, bush clover

Nectar Plants:wild strawberry, winter cress, asters, white sweet clover
